Our Elderly Services program located in Baton Rouge has an opening for a Program Manager!

The Program Manager works directly with the support coordinators, service providers, and the regional office to provide supervision to review and approve participants' plans of care, conduct face to face supervision with all staff, and complete all required reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelors degree in a human service field is required. A minimum of 2 years of post graduation case management experience is required. Qualified candidates must demonstrate computer & communications skills. A valid Louisiana driver’s license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle are a must.
