JOB DESCRIPTION:
The intake coordinator is responsible for entering data into HMIS (Homeless Management Information System) and completing coordinated entry assessments to assure a high level of data quality across the system, and serve as liaision with consumers and homeless service providers. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of a high school diploma is required. The intake coordinator must be able to enter data into the LSNDC HMIS Data base, work with System administrator in generating required reports, develop expertise in using the advanced reporting tool, complete program intake forms, refer consumers to eligible service, complete street outreach as assigned by Division director, and drive VOA street outreach vehicles.
