Volunteers of America South Central Louisiana is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant to the Vice President/Chief Operating Officer in the Baton Rouge area.
Compensation:
- $60,000 - $65,000 annual salary
Requirements:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and deadlines
- Proven experience as a C-Level Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in business administration or human services
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Google Suite and other relevant software
- Proactive critical thinking skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience:
Minimum 5-years’ experience as a C-Level Executive Assistant required
Education:
