Volunteers of America South Central Louisiana is seeking to hire an Executive Assistant to the Vice President/Chief Operating Officer in the Baton Rouge area.


Compensation:

  • $60,000 - $65,000 annual salary

Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and deadlines
  • Proven experience as a C-Level Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in business administration or human services
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Google Suite and other relevant software
  • Proactive critical thinking skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Experience:

Minimum 5-years’ experience as a C-Level Executive Assistant required

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human services required
