JOB DESCRIPTION:
Volunteers of America GBR is looking for a highly motivated, resourceful and compassionate individual to oversee the overall, day-to-day operations of our Drop-In Center for homeless persons. The Program Manager will also be responsible for hiring, training and supervising Direct Support Workers and Case Aides and providing 24 hour on-call supports to the program.  Maintaining compliance with all program and agency standards and regulations is a critical role in this position.  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field, experience with homeless population and/or individuals with disabilities AND supervisory experience are a must.  Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance is required as is excellent writing skills and knowledge of various community resources.
