JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Provides one-on-one and/or group services for adults and/or children with behavioral health disorders, providing training and support that promote recovery.  Services primarily provided in community.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in a social service related field required; Master's degree in a social service field preferred.  Experience in the provision of direct client services or case management in a social service related field preferred.  Must have safe, reliable transportation and ability to transport persons serviced in personal vehicle within program service area.
