We are looking for a dedicated mental health professional who is either a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) or is actively registered with a Louisiana state licensing board and pursuing licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW, to develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans for clients served by the Reilly Center Outpatient Services Program.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans and monitor progress towards achievement of those plans
  • Conduct assessments to identify individual needs 
  • Provide counseling services for clients and families, including 24 hour access by phone
  • Maintain client records
  • Cultivate referral source locations in the community
  • Provide advocacy for client's rights
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Masters Degree in a mental health field and be licensed with a Louisiana state licensing board; OR must have a Master's Degree in a mental health field and be actively registered with a Louisiana state licensing board and pursuing licensure as an LPC, LMFT or LCSW.
  • Must demonstrate an understanding of and passion for ethical standards and codes of conduct in every aspect of the job
  • Demonstrate an ability to establish effective rapport with persons served
  • Demonstrate an understanding of evidence-based clinical practices
  • Must possess strong therapeutic skills
 This position is exempt from overtime.
