Job Description:
Case Aide will be responsible for opening up the Drop in Center/One Stop Services for the Homeless, greeting and checking in all clients & visitors and conducting various front desk job duties. The Case Aid will also assist Housing Case Managers with services as needed, such as HMIS data entry and conducting outreach services.
Requirements:
Must have a High School Diploma, knowledge of homeless services, at least 6 months to 1 year of experience working with homeless population and/or individuals with disabilities. Basic computer skills, time management skills and ability to multi task a must.
