Description
Volunteers of America South Central Louisiana is seeking to hire a Program Data Coordinator in our HIV/AIDS program.
 

The Program Data Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing billing of the program.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Run financial and custom reports in CAREWare
  • Complete monthly billing and submission
  • Reconcile remittance invoices and direct assistance vouchers
  • Requisition vendor checks as needed (including gas reimbursements)
  • Log in checks received from accounting and mail to vendors
  • Resolve any data discrepancies in CAREWare
  • Train staff on CAREWare use
  • Work with System Administrator in generating required reports
  • Working with HIV health care or HIV social services delivery.
  • Manage CAREWare Data systems for Ryan White Program to meet planning, grant reporting, and performance management requirements.
  • Collect and manage client-level services and outcomes data.
  • Work closely with multi-disciplinary, multi-organizational teams to ensure complete review of the data, as well as provide a thorough understanding of data management processes and issues that may arise in analysis.
  • Analyze client-level utilization data (RSR Reports) for accuracy and consistency with provider quarterly reports.
  • Prepare service-specific custom data reports as needed by the Division Director and Case Manager Supervisor

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

Bachelor’s degree in human service field behavioral/social science equivalent experience preferred. Have good computer skills and a working knowledge of all the Microsoft applications. Have good oral and written communication skills. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead meetings and conference calls. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as a team member.
