JOB DESCRIPTION:
The IT Technician's role is to aid and assist the IT managers to plan, coordinate, and implement the IT-related activities of the organization

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Strong technical knowledge of telecommunications, network, server and PC operating systems
-Exceptional customer service orientation
-Ability to multi task and change focus
-Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies
- Works on Help Desk by reviewing and acting upon tickets for end-user service requests and assisting users by providing general assistance and answering common questions, escalating more complicated needs to IT Manager
- Coordinates ongoing communication with end-users about pending tickets
-Facilitates new user setups - creatyes new accounts in Office 365, servers, etc., as needed
-Helps address and maintain all agency IT needs
-Helps with general IT research, testing and training
