JOB DESCRIPTION:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide recovery focused intensive community-based services for people who experience complex and co-occurring conditions such as mental illness, a substance use disorder.  The positions primary role will be to help clients identify, secure and maintain safe and stable housing.  Minimum one year direct client care experience in mental health.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A bachelor's degree in behavioral science is required and at least one year work experience with adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses or co-occurring disorders and one year of assisting clients with clients obtaining housing and or shelter.  The individual must possess good communication and interpersonal skills, and have a working knowledge of community resources.  The individual must possess a Louisiana Driver's License.
