JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provides one-on-one and/or group services for adults and/or children with behavioral health disorders, providing training and support that promote recovery.  Services primarily provided in community.  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Case Manager II- Bachelor's degree in a human service related field required; Experience in the provision of direct client services in a human service related field preferred; must have safe, reliable transportation 
Case Manager I- High School or GED; 4 years experience in the provision of direct client services in a human service related field required; Must have safe, reliable transportation
