JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Reilly Center Therapeutic Foster Care and Outpatient Services Program Case Manager is responsible for providing support services to Therapeutic Foster Care families and children in foster care.  The Case Manager assists clients with the development of social and community support systems that promote stability and enable clients to function at the highest level possible.  The Case Manager works under the supervision of the Program Director and in collaboration with the TFC/Outpatient Services Program clinicians.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a social services field.
• A minimum of two years of experience working in the social services field.
• Must demonstrate an understanding of and passion for ethical standards and codes of conduct in every aspect of the job.
• Must demonstrate the ability to establish effective rapport with children and families, foster families, funding agency staff, and community providers.
