JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for performing diversified duties to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, apartment complexes and offices in the Baton Rouge area and to assure safe and inviting properties and facilities for clients and staff. Perform manual labor and coordinate with contractors as needed.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Need basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, sheetrock, flooring, appliance repair (stoves, fridges and washer and dryers) and A/C skills. Must be able to pick up or move 100 lbs. Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license. Hours are 7:30-4:00 M-F and some weekends.
