Job Description: Volunteers of America, The Reilly Center for Children and Families is now hiring a part-time weekend Direct Support Professional to work with children ages 3-13. We are looking for an energetic, caring person to work part time, afternoon and weekend shifts as a Direct Support Professional. We provide a safe, family-like home for young victims of child abuse to heal from past trauma and prepare for family level care.  Parker House is licensed to provide care for a maximum of eight children at a time ranging in age from 3-13 in a Therapeutic Group Home setting.

Must be 21 years of age, valid Louisiana driver’s license and criminal background check.  Two years of experience in working with this population desired.  Bachelor of Science in related field desired.
