JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Part Time Custodian will work 16-18 hrs per week and will be responsible for cleaning & sanitation of all interior & exterior common areas. Qualified candidates must be patient and professional and possess the ability to maintain good relationships and communication with staff, participants & guests in our Drop In Center for homeless individuals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of general cleaning & sanitation
Must possess a valid state drivers license or state issued id & have reliable transportation
Must be able to communicate effectively
Must be able to lift & carry up to 50 pounds
Must have a clean criminal record
